The digital files may not be modified in any way whatsoever without prior authorisation specifically indicated on this licence by Dragonstreet Photography SAS.
Any use of these digital files considered pornographic, obscene, immoral, defamatory or libellous or likely to infringe the rights and image of any person or property is strictly prohibited.
Dragonstreet Photography reserves the right to revoke the licence for any abusive or fraudulent use.
Products are supplied at the prices shown on the www.dragonstreetphotography.net website in different currencies, and when the order is registered by the seller. The prices shown include VAT. These prices do not include processing, dispatch, transport and delivery charges, which are invoiced in addition. This amount will appear separately before the order is confirmed and on the order itself.
Product pricing and additional charges are subject to change without notice.
Any order returned due to an error in entering the address when ordering will be charged to the customer.
If products are ordered from a country outside the European Union, the customer is the importer of these products. Customs duties or other taxes may be required by the country concerned. These duties are not the responsibility of Dragonstreet Photography SAS and will be charged to the customer.
An order summary and invoice will be issued by Dragonstreet Photography SAS sent to the customer by e-mail and/or post in French. An invoice in English is available on request.
Payment for your purchases is made using the secure Paypal system. With this system, payment is made at the end of the online ordering process with the final validation of your order. The payment process is highly secure, and can be made via your Paypal account, or via your usual bank card without opening a Paypal account, or by bank transfer.
The manufacturing process and/or dispatch of the product(s) will only begin once payment has been confirmed and received.
The seller undertakes to supply the product(s) ordered as soon as possible and to inform the buyer of the progress of the order.
